Every great success has humble beginnings. T-Falcon Logistics started with just two motorcycles and a dream: to make a difference in Nigeria’s booming logistics industry. But the road wasn’t easy, and our journey was filled with challenges that tested our resolve.
In the early days, we faced consistent losses as we struggled to find the right balance between supply and demand. Attracting reliable, skilled riders proved difficult. We also faced the constant threat of motorcycle theft, which left us vulnerable and set us back both financially and emotionally.
But we refused to give up.
After careful thought and innovation, we discovered a solution that not only addressed our challenges but also transformed our business model. We realized that 90% of riders preferred the idea of hire purchase over working for a company, as it gave them the freedom to earn money independently. This insight led us to create a unique credit financing model that allowed riders to own their motorcycles through affordable payments, while also providing us with a steady, growing fleet of assets.
By offering motorcycles, bicycles, and tricycles on flexible financing terms, we empowered riders and small businesses to take charge of their livelihoods. At the same time, we built a platform that connected our riders with businesses in need of reliable delivery services, creating a sustainable, mutually beneficial ecosystem.
With this solution, everything changed. We started to see steady growth , not only in our fleet size but also in the trust and loyalty of our riders. Our model created a win-win situation our riders could earn more, manage their own work schedules, and gain ownership of their vehicles, while we built a stronger, more reliable logistics network.
